FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Which equipment do you cover?

Four-stroke auxiliary engines, pumps, separators, compressors and related engine room machinery. For equipment not listed here, such as turbochargers or boilers, describe it in the request and we check whether a partner can do it.

Can the work be done on board?

Depending on the job, on board, at a yard or in a workshop. Tell us the location and the time window.

What if spare parts are no longer available?

We search the supplier network. If a part cannot be found, it can be manufactured to drawing or sample (Machining) or reconstructed (3D printing and reverse engineering).

Do you overhaul only, or also supply parts?

Both. Service and parts can be ordered together or separately.

Do you work on industrial plants as well as ships?

Yes, for the machinery types listed here. Please state in the request whether the equipment is on a vessel or in an industrial plant.

Is a request binding?

No. A request is not an order. We check it personally and come back by e-mail with an offer or with questions. Orders are subject to our General Terms of Business.
